Our team will have an initial meeting with key leaders to assess goals and initiatives. Then the EdgeDweller team develops solutions and implementation strategies to present to your company.
Consultants
EdgeDweller team consultative services are scaled to fit your needs. We can even assess what those needs are. We work one-on-one with a designated group from your company and develop solutions together. The process can be divided into series of sessions over several months or a two-day workshop. The results of the workshop are then compiled and assessed by EdgeDwellers before presenting final recommendations. The benefit to a consultative approach is that your team learns skills that they can repeat in the future. Your team is part of the solution and therefore already onboard at initiation and implementation.
Trainer
EdgeDweller can send a team to train a select group of company employees in the EdgeDweller Process. The training workshops can be divided into several shorter sessions or a weekend retreat.
